John C. "Jack" McDaniel has successfully managed manufacturing, sales and marketing of custom products for nearly 25 years. Prior to co-founding iSUN Group, Jack was the President and CEO of Contract Manufacturing, Inc. ("CMI") founded in 1979, which imagined, invented,
designed, developed and produced a wide range of proprietary, custom products for U.S. client companies including Avon Products, Brookstone, BP OIL (British Petroleum),
The Coca-Cola Company, CVS/pharmacy, Exxon/Mobil, and 7-ELEVEN. CMI was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed public company in 1998. Jack has enjoyed working closely with Asian partners for over 20 years, honing a loyal, experienced, and quality-oriented team who realize there is no "I" in TEAM. |

Brian Johnson
Managing Director
Brian Johnson has over 20 years of experience in business strategy, finance, investing, mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds. Prior to co-founding iSUN Group, Brian was a partner at an east coast based private equity investment firm.
At iSUN, Brian focuses on developing business opportunities working with OEM's and manufacturers and from the professional/advisor channel working closely with commercial and investment bankers, private
equity firms and consultants, providing their clients with access to iSUN's world-wide resources. Brian is a CPA and has a MBA degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a concentration in high technology manufacturing and a BS in finance and entrepreneurship from Babson College. |

Ben Paharik
Managing Director
Ben Paharik has over 15 years experience in product development and manufacturing, providing expertise in engineering, design, materials (plastics and metals), and manufacturing methods.
Prior to joining iSUN, Ben held senior positions at Lockheed Martin, Nortel Networks and Integen (a medical product development firm).
At each location, he directed the development of new products in the medical device, optical, industrial, and consumer markets, from concept through manufacturing. Ben holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering. |

John R. Horan
Senior Vice President
John has over 20 years of experience in the metals and fabricated products
industries and has extensive experience in all areas of international trade including sourcing, contract negotiation, production, logistics, asset based and documentary financing. John has managed several corporate re-structurings and turn-arounds
and has direct line experience as the Chief Operating Officer of a national, multi-plant fabricated steel products producer. John has been a long time consultant to Arcelor (the world's largest steel producer) and a consultant to the World Bank. John was also the CFO of an international commodities trading
company. John has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
